Contrary to what its name might suggest ("little sweet one"), this Dolcetto is a dry, fruit-forward wine with a captivating depth of flavor. Originating in northwestern Italy, this dark-skinned red grape yields a vibrant ruby-purple color and enticing aromas of dark fruit, spice, and earthy notes. I personally enjoyed its vibrant fruit and soft smooth tannins.
