Winemaker Notes

Bold red and purple fruits. Ripe cherry, plum, mulberry and elderberry with touches of cherry blossom. Graphite, cocoa nib and chicory, with structured, supple tannins, and a lengthy finish.

Proof: 96% Cabernet, 2% Cabernet Franc, 1% Petit Verdot, 1% Malbec
