The Elm Vineyard is only 45 minutes from Napa with the vineyard over 150+ years ago! The vineyard is 100% Sandy soils which is
phylloxera resistant and makes these gnarly vines some of the oldest vines you can find anywhere in the world. The vines are dry farmed (no watering required) resulting in small clusters and tiny grapes looking like pellets lending to a ripe concentration and high tannins. Flavor profile is ripe blackberry with spice, minerality, and finesse.
