"Jet black, with a richness and intensity of color ripe for diving into. Take in all the aromas of black fruits, hoisin sauce, crushed rocks, and wild things, it is all going on. Taste blackberries, plum sauce, cracked pepper, vanilla-chocolate-covered espresso beans. Eyes wide shut sees the feral suggestions that high-quality Syrah hints at along with a seemingly contradictory lavender and violet fragrance. Almost a red wine reduction shows all the concentration of flavors that is a fine Syrah, think Cabernet Franc meets Zinfandel. Fire up the grill, turn up the tunes and have fun, you deserve it.
