Winemaker Notes

The 2017 Martin Ray Diamond Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon opens with notes of black berry, mulberry, with black currant, dried mountain sage, and cedar. A striking mineral-driven backbone with touches of graphite, backed by fleshy acidity, and powerful tannins.

This full-bodied wine shines alongside prime rib roast with horseradish mashed potatoes and caramelized balsamic onions.
