Elouan estate spotlight
The official Elouan Wines channel presents Joseph Wagner's Oregon Pinot: Coast Range light, three valleys, and the house style in the glass.

375ML Half Bottle Elouan Pinot Noir Oregon
Joseph Wagner's Oregon Pinot in a half bottle: cherry, bramble, and a cork you can finish at lunch.
Elouan means good light, the cool Oregon summer that ripens Pinot from Willamette, Umpqua, and Rogue fruit. This 375 ml bottle is the same house Pinot at $10, a dollar under the $11 SRP supplied for this promotion.
Six halves $60 • twelve halves ship free
Oregon Pinot, half the bottle, all of the fruit
A 375 ml is how you drink Pinot at lunch or on a weeknight without committing a 750. Wagner blended three Oregon valleys so the half still tastes complete.

The name
Elouan means good light. Joseph Wagner of Copper Cane built it to show Oregon's western maritime Pinot, not a single-vineyard speech.
The fruit
Willamette, Umpqua, and Rogue valleys: cherry and earth from the west-central hills, plum from the southwest, cranberry lift from the cooler northwest.
The format
This listing is the 375 ml half bottle. Same Pinot, half the pour, built for two glasses or a solo dinner.
The buy
$10 a half bottle, $60 for six, $120 for twelve with free shipping. The supplied SRP is $11. Savings sit under 15 percent, so we do not lead with a graph.
A ten-dollar Oregon Pinot in 375 ml
$10 versus the $11 SRP supplied for this promotion is about 9 percent. The story is the half bottle of Oregon Pinot, not a deep slash.

At $10 per 375 ml bottle, the 6-bottle allocation totals $60.

Marionberry, violet, and a pepper finish
House notes on the 375 ml pour dark chocolate, dried plum, marionberry, white pepper, and clove, then tart cherry and crushed violet.

Grown in the foothills of Oregon's Coast Range and finished in California, the blend is built for ripe fruit and a smooth medium finish rather than a single-vintage lecture.
Dark chocolate, dried plum, marionberry, white pepper, and clove, then tart cherry, raspberry, wild bramble, and crushed violet.
Robust for Pinot, rich tannins, a smooth medium finish. Three Oregon valleys keep acidity in the blend.
Pepper and bramble linger. Serve near 58 F. A 375 ml is two honest glasses. No need to cellar the half.
Three valleys, one Pinot
Wagner's trick is the same one that made Meiomi famous: blend sites until the wine is complete in a single glass.

Winemaker: Joseph Wagner, Copper Cane, Caymus family. Elouan is his Oregon Pinot house, fruit grown in Oregon and produced in California.
Blend: West-central hills for cherry, rhubarb, and earth. Southwestern valleys for plum and tannin. Northwestern sites for cranberry, rose petal, and acid.
Format: This SKU is 375 ml. The notes above follow the half-bottle winemaker text: chocolate, marionberry, tart cherry, violet, medium finish.
Good light on the Coast Range
Elouan started as Wagner's answer to Oregon Pinot that still drinks like a full, dark, weeknight red.

Chuck Wagner built Caymus in Napa in 1972. Joseph took Pinot next, first in California, then north to Oregon's western maritime valleys where cool nights keep acidity in the fruit.
Elouan means good light. The house goal was Pinot and Chardonnay from Oregon's premier western regions, blended so no single valley had to carry the bottle.
The 375 ml is that wine in a half. Same three-valley idea, sized for two glasses, priced at $10 against an $11 SRP.
Salmon in the pan, mushrooms in the bowl
Oregon Pinot wants glaze, earth, and a plate that does not bully a half bottle.
Two plates. One honey garlic salmon. One mushroom risotto. Both fit a 375 ml without leftovers fighting you.
Chill 20 minutes, then pour near 58 F in a Burgundy bowl. Drink the half the same night.
Honey garlic salmon
Nagi's five-ingredient salmon, glossy and fast. Sweet glaze and fat for the Pinot's cherry and spice.
Why it works: The house itself points to cedar-plank salmon. Honey garlic is the weeknight version that still loves Pinot.

Mushroom risotto
Nagi's garlic-butter mushroom risotto, creamy and browned. Earth for the bramble and violet.
Why it works: Mushroom dishes are a listed house pairing, and risotto weight matches the richer Oregon Pinot without needing steak.
