Deep garnet; aromas of dark plum, black cherry, cassis, nutmeg, vanilla and dark chocolate. Shows concentrated flavors of black cherry, blackberry, plum, cassis, spice, tobacco, and chocolate. Rich and full-bodied, nice wood framing, sumptuous texture, supple tannin finish. My favorite vineyard from an exceptional vintage.
This Single Vineyard Cabernet comes from a private small mountain 'Yoeman Vineyard' that produces only small intense berries that make this top notch Cabernet so wonderful and exotic. This beautifully crafted wine combines ultra A+ quality Cabernet with elongated barrel treatment (32 months) using only 100% New French Oak.

The wine goes into a brand new French Oak Barrel and after 24 months months goes into another brand new barrel....WoW!!!!
