Opulant, lush, rich, full, with intense dark-fruit with light tea spice and floral aromas. Intense flavor of black cherry, blackberry, vanilla, spiced oak. The fine cocoa powder tannins have soft edges and make this wine come together in perfect balance. A rare treat! Tasting Panel

"Inky purple. An exotically perfumed bouquet evokes dark berry preserves, incense and lavender, with a bright mineral overtone. Sappy, penetrating black raspberry and bitter cherry flavors show excellent depth and energy, picking up floral pastille and vanilla nuances with air. Finishes with superb clarity, subtle tannins and outstanding, floral-driven persistence."
