93 Wine Enthusiast The inaugural release of Dôi Dá is made by celebrated winemaker Nova Cadamatre. Aged entirely in new French oak, this Cabernet Sauvignon brings together a concentration of dark fruits and spices, notes of espresso, tobacco, and cedar with powdery fine while abundant tannins and a lengthy finish.
